MENTORING SURVIVORS
Walking The Journey of Healing
Providing trauma-informed support
for survivors and their families
PEARL's mentoring program provides comprehensive, trauma-informed support to trafficking survivors and their families, recognizing that exploitation affects the entire family unit.
Our approach acknowledges that healing is a deeply personal journey, with each individual requiring unique support as they recover and rebuild their lives.
We aim to:
✔ Create safe spaces for survivors to process trauma and reclaim their narrative
✔ Support family members in understanding trauma effects and developing helpful responses
✔ Facilitate holistic healing that addresses physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs
✔ Provide practical assistance alongside emotional support
✔ Empower survivors to regain independence and agency in their lives
✔ Prevent re-trafficking by addressing underlying vulnerabilities
