As Director, she oversees the entire department's logistics, motivation strategies, and activity planning while ensuring each woman can advance and grow at her own pace. Her commitment extends beyond the Training Center walls through weekly home visits, where she listens to each woman's story and offers the strength and encouragement they need to continue their journey toward independence.

"I enjoy my work because I like seeing how the students are learning," Elba shares. Witnessing women begin at zero and progress to creating beautiful products with their own hands brings her immense satisfaction. The transformation she observes goes beyond skill development—she treasures seeing "how happy they are and their smiles," recognizing that the Training Center offers more than technical instruction; it provides hope, community, and renewed self-worth.
